Wallets: the Signer interface that keeps private keys behind derivation paths, the in-memory SeedSigner, and the Wallet facade that answers addresses and signs EVM, Bitcoin and Solana transactions on the standard paths.

Types

`class SeedSigner` shared	A `Signer` over a BIP-39 seed held in memory.
`interface Signer` shared	Everything that touches a wallet’s private keys, behind one interface.
`class VaultSigner`	A `Signer` whose mnemonic is sealed in a `Vault`, so it is at rest only as ciphertext under the user’s password, and on a remembered device under the platform key store (which on iOS and Android can require biometrics to release).
`class Wallet` shared	One wallet across chains, over a `Signer`.
